The direction is deliberately low-rise, with the emphasis on a clear neighbourhood structure, privacy, usable outdoor space and a product that can be delivered consistently.

My role
Development management.
My role covered the transition from the competition proposition to a structured development route, including the commercial, product, approval and delivery decisions required to progress the scheme.
- Reviewed the competition proposition against the site and market opportunity.
- Tested the development position through feasibility and product planning.
- Defined the residential mix and development brief.
- Coordinated approval, procurement and consultant requirements.
- Maintained a clear link between the winning proposition and the deliverable scheme.
- Supported construction and handover planning as the project progresses.
