- Coordinated land use across residential, hospitality and supporting assets.
- Reviewed development phasing and long-term portfolio planning.
- Assessed how individual projects fit within the wider destination.
- Prepared development positions for investment and management decisions.
- Coordinated inputs from development, sales, marketing, finance, legal, PCS, projects and operations.
- Established a clearer route from land strategy to project briefs and delivery.
