A destination recreation asset planned for residents, guests and community use.
Somabay Sports Club is a destination recreation asset designed to serve residents, guests and the wider Somabay community. Its role is broader than a standalone sports facility: it needs to connect with the destination, support daily use, accommodate different activities and operate as part of the resident and guest experience.
