Project information
Under development
A larger residential community that has to work at both neighbourhood and portfolio scale.
Baywest Valley is a masterplanned residential community with a clear neighbourhood structure and a strong relationship between the homes, landscape and open space. The individual product must remain attractive and deliverable while the wider masterplan stays coherent as the project is phased over time.
