Five rows of full sea-view villas, connected to the beach club.
Wyte is a collection of ultra-luxury villas arranged in five rows, with every home planned to retain a full sea view. The villas are designed by SAOTA and delivered fully finished. The masterplan is organised around the relationship between the homes, the sea and the wider landscape. Gardens and pedestrian corridors connect the five rows to the private beach club, allowing residents to move through the development without losing the sense of openness that defines the site.

Development management.
I have led the development work across the project, from the initial product and commercial position through to the current delivery stage.
- Defining the villa product and testing its position within the Somabay portfolio.
- Coordinating the masterplan arrangement, five-row configuration, gardens and pedestrian connections.
- Working with SAOTA and the wider consultant team to carry the design intent into a practical development brief.
- Coordinating feasibility, development planning, approvals and procurement requirements.
- Reviewing construction progress and resolving development decisions as the project moves forward.
- Keeping the product quality, commercial position and delivery route aligned.
