Development management.
My role covered the development of the project as a complete residential proposition.
- Reviewing the product mix across villas, chalets, apartments and cabanas.
- Coordinating unit types, areas, positioning and the wider development brief.
- Working through feasibility, product planning and commercial positioning.
- Coordinating the masterplan, landscape and design inputs.
- Managing consultant coordination, approvals and pre-construction requirements.
- Supporting launch preparation, construction follow-up and delivery decisions.
- Keeping the different product types connected to one clear development position.
