Golf Town is a residential community shaped by its relationship with the golf landscape. The homes, streets, views and open areas need to work together so that the golf setting becomes part of the everyday residential experience. Product planning and landscape context both affect the commercial and delivery position.

I worked on the masterplan, product and launch requirements, carrying the golf-side proposition into the decisions needed for approvals and delivery.
- Reviewed the masterplan and golf-side product position.
- Coordinated the residential mix and area programme.
- Reviewed the relationship between the homes, streets and landscape.
- Supported launch and commercial planning requirements.
- Coordinated consultant and development inputs.
- Followed up approvals, construction requirements and delivery decisions.
