Marina Residences brings residences, hotel keys and marina activity into one waterfront development. The project included more than 310 residences and 200 hotel keys. Its position depends on the relationship between the homes, hospitality, the marina and the wider destination, rather than treating each component as a separate product.

My role covered the development position from investment coordination through launch and delivery planning, with the residential, hospitality and marina components considered together.
- Coordinated the residential and hospitality components as one development proposition.
- Reviewed the feasibility, product mix and development assumptions.
- Coordinated the area programme, masterplan inputs and development brief.
- Managed consultant and stakeholder coordination.
- Supported launch preparation and commercial alignment.
