Nautilus
Project information
Under development
A design-led villa collection shaped around privacy, views and the coast.
Nautilus is an ultra-luxury villa project with a strong architectural identity. The renders show a low-density collection of contemporary homes with broad glazed openings, deep roof lines, private outdoor areas and a direct relationship with the sea, lagoon and surrounding landscape. The project is designed around privacy, views and the quality of the setting. It is not a standard villa compound; the architecture, the landscape and the waterfront experience are intended to work together as one product.

Development management.
I have handled the project across the development process, from defining the product and testing the opportunity through to the current construction stage.
- Establishing the product position, villa types and development proposition.
- Reviewing the masterplan and the relationship between the villas, landscape and waterfront setting.
- Coordinating the design consultants and translating the architectural direction into a workable development brief.
- Managing feasibility, development planning, approvals and procurement requirements.
- Coordinating construction updates and following up decisions affecting the product, programme and delivery.
- Maintaining alignment between the design ambition and the practical requirements of development.
