The development position is shaped by the relationship between the residential product, the podium uses, the site value and the practical requirements of delivering a high-rise asset. The work focuses on establishing a viable proposition before the project moves further into design and delivery.

My role
Development management.
I worked on the development position from highest and best use through product definition and delivery planning.
- Testing the highest and best use of the site.
- Preparing and reviewing the feasibility and financial appraisal.
- Assessing the residential product, density and podium relationship.
- Coordinating the development brief and consultant requirements.
- Reviewing approvals, procurement and programme considerations.
- Maintaining alignment between the commercial case, the product and the delivery route.
