Jeddah Mixed Use Development is an urban mixed-use scheme combining residential uses, active retail frontage and structured parking. The visual direction shows a contemporary development arranged around a public-facing street environment, with landscaped pedestrian areas, shaded edges and a strong relationship between the buildings and the ground-floor activity. The project is being considered as one urban proposition rather than as separate residential and retail components.

Development management.
I worked across the commercial, product and delivery decisions required to establish the scheme.
- Testing the highest and best use of the site.
- Preparing and reviewing the feasibility and investment position.
- Coordinating the residential and retail product strategy.
- Reviewing the development massing, parking requirements and area programme.
- Preparing the basis for the development brief.
- Coordinating procurement, approvals and stakeholder requirements.
- Maintaining a clear route from the investment case to delivery.
