I worked across the development decisions needed to structure the opportunity and create a clear path through appraisal, briefing, approvals and delivery.

- Tested the feasibility and investment case.
- Coordinated the product definition and area programme.
- Prepared the basis for the development brief.
- Coordinated procurement, approvals and stakeholder requirements.
- Maintained a disciplined decision path across the project workstreams.
