Delivered
A residential community taken from strategy and phasing into delivery.
Baywest is a delivered residential community where the development challenge was to establish a clear sequence from strategy to delivery. The project depended on getting the product, phasing and commercial decisions aligned early enough for the community to progress in a controlled way.

Development management.
I supported the development strategy, phasing and commercial coordination that connected the residential product with the timing and sequence required to deliver it.
- Reviewed the product position and delivery sequence.
- Coordinated the commercial assumptions with the development programme.
- Supported consultant and project-team coordination.
- Followed up delivery decisions through construction and completion.
- Maintained a clear route between the approved strategy and the delivered community.
