My role covered the product, area planning and controls required to carry the Blanca standard into a further phase without losing the phase’s own relationship with the site.
- Reviewed the product mix and area planning.
- Coordinated the relationship between the homes, gardens and wider neighbourhood.
- Reviewed the masterplan and development controls.
- Coordinated the product brief and design requirements.
- Supported approvals, procurement and construction follow-up.
- Maintained consistency across the Blanca family while allowing the phase to respond to its own setting.
