A beachfront residential and hotel product planned around service and experience.
Mesca Edition combines residential units with a hotel product in a beachfront setting. The project is designed around the overlap between private living and hospitality: residents have their own homes, but the wider proposition depends on service, experience, views and operational quality. The architecture and landscape are arranged around the sea, open terraces, planted areas and a strong indoor-outdoor relationship. The residential and hotel components need to feel connected while still serving different users.

I worked across the product, development and operational sides of the project.
- Reviewing the residential and hotel mix.
- Coordinating unit planning, areas and the product brief.
- Integrating operator requirements into the development position.
- Coordinating design, landscape and consultant inputs.
- Managing feasibility, approvals and procurement requirements.
- Supporting construction follow-up and development decisions.
- Keeping the residential product, hotel operation and destination experience aligned.
