A low-rise coastal community shaped by landscape and restraint.
Wadi Soma is a low-density residential community shaped around the natural character of its setting. The architecture is restrained and open, with homes, gardens and outdoor spaces arranged to make the most of the landscape rather than compete with it. The project follows a quieter coastal idea: simple forms, natural materials, generous openings and a strong connection between the home and its surroundings. The result is a residential environment that feels grounded in the site and distinct from a conventional resort compound.

I worked across the development position, product planning and delivery route.
- Reviewing the development opportunity, land use and product mix.
- Preparing and updating the feasibility position.
- Coordinating the area programme, development brief and masterplan decisions.
- Managing consultant inputs and the requirements for approvals.
- Coordinating procurement, construction follow-up and development decisions.
- Keeping the residential product, the landscape response and the commercial case aligned.
